Darren is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and proudly served in OEF (Operation Enduring Freedom) with a deployment to Djibouti Africa in 2003. He is a West Michigan native being born and raised in Ludington. He has lived on the West Side of Grand Rapids since 2004 and says he’s “proud to be a West Sider!” Darren has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Pre-Law and also has a Law Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Outside of being a realtor, Darren has been a realtor since 2015 and has worked extensively in the construction and property management industries with a combined experience of over 20 years. He and his wife Kari of 22 years have two children Kenna and Thomas. Darren is a life long Detroit Lions fan and enjoys being in the outdoors with his family. “I love that being a Realtor allows me to help people, as a friend, advocate, and trusted advisor.
